I like how they emphasize on culture fit and post acquisition integration over and over again.
the biggest problem with M&A's apart from companies paying exorbitantly to acquire (thus incurring massive write offs) is the lack of planning for PMI (post merger integration)
FZO does not appear to have either overpaid nor are ignoring the importance of PMI
I'm bullish that this acquisition would be considered a steal in next 6-12 months.
