Macca I haven't said that it is a red flag, but as you know I've mentioned previously my concerns wrt governance, and this just seems to be an unusual change at a time when we are all expecting some very positive announcements soon. It is unusual because, besides there being no explanation, he still retains his duties on a day to day basis.
If you had been a director for such a long time while things were difficult, and about to embark on a time of expected better things happening why would you step down, particularly if you remain working for the company?
