Hmm Art yes its always good to be cautious and see the risks but here is my counter argument.
In a sense we have been looked at by a Big company eg Delta who has in effect become our sales rep so they get a discount and a cut from our royalties so we already have a big fish in our bag. Also because the industry is so highly regulated a competitor would be years away etc from entering as spoken about many times SMN etc.
Also by buying AEM that comes with their skill set of employees and higher management so that the business side of AEM will offset the finance side of things through SMN IMO so its a good fit, we now have an experienced team that actually run a business in the aviation industry coupled with financial expertise, hmm to me its now our strength, anyway thats my thoughts stand to be corrected on any of it se what today brings GLTA
