I loved everything about this morning’s announcement.......AEM profitability, long-range predicted revenue increases, circulation of the draft, etc. But for me, it is also the language Ross uses:

“Notwithstanding this certification delay, your company is performing strongly based on the growth and profitability of the Contract Manufacturing and Avionics segments, and our cash position is sound".

Recognising that we, as shareholders, are all part-owners of the company is refreshing and a significant step towards increasing our collective engagement. Imho, the pieces are falling into place, and we may have reached a turning point from which we will only continue to rise. Wishing the best to all shareholders.
