Trying to be the Devil's Advocate here.
$1.5 million from SMS is a positive but $2.5 million goes to HK SI again. We all know what happened in the previous CRs. $7.5million is a lot of cash to burn and with 800 million shares issued (in rough numbers) I hope this is the last CR before any financing is signed.
