If they're in "discussions" you'd think there will at the least be some claw back in the provision if a settlement is reached. It would put a line under it and allow the market to price the company on what it's currently doing and should deliver over the 2022 year rather than the past. Will be interesting to see how much they let go to close the matter & put it behind them. Cautiously optimistic.
