    The implications of having everything guaranteed by SMS are worth it, even if it blew out by a couple of hundred million, although I really can't see CAPEX blowing out being too much of an issue. Don't forget SMS did the final sign off on the DFS, and guaranteed the feasibility too from memory!!


    Any plant that is guaranteed has a substantially better opportunity to attract pure debt finance!
