249D's should be issued 3 months before every AGM. Even if it doesn't pass, its been a wake up call for the BOD.

Something reeks about timing of these announcements, an extension of the SPP deadline, I have received three phone calls now.
I'll hold what I have but I'm not investing any more until ML, and funding plan and enactment, which will likely bring new Board members with it.
