I think it's a very good announcement and makes sound commercial sense. It's hard to believe it was the same BOD that gave away the farm to the sub-continent just a few weeks ago.
The BOD lost me over the last 4 years with poor, inaccurate and somewhat dubious communication.
One victory doesn't make an empire and likewise BOD wont't garner my support until they've done more to restore share holder trust and value.
I think it's a very good announcement and makes sound commercial...
