These sorts of contracts are often seen quite attractive, however, the price to pay for a deal like this, usually coupled with debt funding from KfW is to source a lot of materials/parts from Germany or German companies. That means there is a risk that the CAPEX could blowout from prior feasibility work as there is a lot of fat built into those parts (for nice profits for the suppliers) for the guarantee and funding support. Its a little collusion effort SMS and KfW have going on.
