    To get SMS in on a mutually beneficial commercialisation of Tivan really sets a great scene for finance discussions with German exim bank.
    I wouldn't be surprised (and would be very happy) to see a placement to SMS by end if next week, and a chairman appointed.

    It's not the lift-off moment, but this snow ball is picking up unstoppable momentum, and by the time the investment decision is made the project will be so well prepared it will only be a formality.
