    Agreed that the notional value in the transaction headline doesn't mean much but I don't understand your point on Lionheart current valuation. It's trading at $10 for a very valid reason being that it is pretty much cash backed as a SPAC.

    Too summarise, it has 16,025,000 shares on offer. Market cap = US$160,410,000 with shares trading at $10.01.

    Total cash is almost US$130m. Refer to the below extract.
