    BASF ($64B market cap) is a German global leader in chemicals.

    The result of this agreement has been in the works for a year and this is justification after BASF technical due diligence that their is merit and value 'to embedding SMX' technology in BASF supply chain.

    One of many potential deals in the pipeline with a global major and other industry verticals ready for innovation and disruption
