    stump up 10c+++ or get lost SNC... 5c was just a low ball offer to stop the demerger...if you really think there is any value here, put in the RIGHT offer and that has to be at an attractive premium to the fair value of 1AG shares - c.10c+++

    talk to us when you got that kinda offer - TO are always at a premium to current sp + value not at a discount...
