Indeed good news. The commitment by the investment manager to invest 50% of the performance fees gives some comfort as to his view of the LIC's future potential. I also notice that one of the rather ordinary investments in the portfolio WLD is managing to improve its bottom line despite the currently poor trading conditions in the live cattle marine transport industry. It does show that they have considerable potential once the Covid situation settles down and the beef cattle supply in Australia also improves. Radzyminski has turned this LIC around since the purchase of the Mercantile Investments portfolio and it looks like it is under the radar at the moment.
