You're right about the Agreement having no provision for sale of oil during this phase. And as others have pointed out, the quantity does not amount to a hill of beans in the commercial scheme of things. Nevertheless, I can't see them just torching all that oil. So I'm sure a deal will be done, what with the Total refinery just over the horizon.
