I've had a stab at this exercise, too, fraught as it is with assumptions and generalisations. The key point to remember, though, is our Chairman's observation that SNE washes its face within 'two or three years', thereafter generating 'largely unencumbered cash'.
No one wants to buy FAR at present. There will be plenty of buyers once the numbers are known and the production phase nears.
In the meantime ... patience and hope (of PE and/or another discovery).
Long game, oil.
