So a listed company with simply (and only) $100m cash in the bank trading at a market cap of $100m based on $1 share price and $1 NTA per share has NO MC in your eyes???
First that $80m of Fars has to be spent on presumably de-risking SNE or exploration and hence adding value to FAR (ignoring the fact that any exploration spend may add plenty or nil value to FAR)
