Be carefull what you wish for, shares go up and down regardless of the number of shares on issue and shares will be shorted, accumulated or be subject to any other abuse regardless of the shares on offer...

A lot of shares on offer helps with liquidity, which can dry up after a consolidation creating a large spread between the bid and asking price. FAR has performed considerably better than almost all oilers in the last three years despite the amount of shares on offer...the MC is the MC regardless of the number of shares ...consolidation will happen around the time of FID IMO .

Most consolidation in recent years have been very bad news for many Companies and the timing is crucial..Management review it regularly and are well aware of the issues.

A CR is CR whenever it's done and the amount raised will the same regardless of what shares are on offer but why you would think of having one now defies common sense ..
