Guess FAR are restricted by the other JV partners from what they can say about their plans, timelines and general deliverables. Can you imagine FAR asking WPL what their future plans are for SNE assuming FAR are not successful in arbitration.
The next update by CNE will be very interesting if only to quantify the upgrade in resources since the COP/ WPL deal was announced. From memory FAR was standing at over 9c per share with POO at a much lower level. Think FAR were blindsided and the SP dropped approx 17%
