Kimbo the "feeble ploy" as you put it will have 3 independent arbitrators that will decide with or without COP whether COP supplied all the documents required for a JV partner to consider PE.
Its binding and non contestable.
I'm not sure its feeble.
I believe they will drill one well next year to keep the block to the North.....pretty much like the FFS -1 drill IMO.DB
