Far has no right to see confidential documents between Cop & WPL.
Only the government has a right to see these confidential documents, and must keep them confidential for 3 years.
Far,should have just said yes to the prescribed & published price,and if anything other,legally backed away from the deal.
As for the 2018 drill program,
1 well is ridiculous, you don't mobilise a drillship for 1 well.
Expect at least 5 or more, plus Gambia.
Cop and Cairn will drill Fars bank acc into oblivion, while delaying FID.
All part of their plan I reckon.
And at WPLs discretion, a hostile take over of Far.
