It's not so much what they are saying, but rather what they are not saying that we have to take notice of. The implicits!!
They are talking like an operator, but we know that FAR is not really geared up to be one. May be what it means is that "we are confident of getting the 35% and we have company(ies) with expertise lined up to be one."
There plenty of talk about planning, designing etc, BUT there is a distinct absence of the mention of COP, supposedly the operator in the development phase. Why is that? Maybe they are for all intense and purposes GONE.
I said this morning the first announcement looked to be a preamble, but I wasn't expecting this one. Could a TH be next, to morrow afternoon maybe?
I wonder if PC is reading all these reports.
