WPL should have hit FAR with a bid as soon as it announced it was buying COP 35%. Catch FAR board out and maybe distract FAR from being concerned with the PE notice issues.

Now FAR is ready to repell boarders and have arrange some sort of finance to enable FAR to PE COP 35%.

Thus if WPL or another raider has a go, FAR will be able to present there best case which they sorted out.

Thus shareholders will have a choice.
