Most likely after an official JV Declaration of Commerciality. Not sure when that will be but could be sooner than we were thinking.
Companies have to raise capital ... its not scary really and in this oil environment if they are able to do so that wo=ill be a giood outcome. Dream scenario now ... a large cornerstone investor at a premium!!
