This is a really smart move by them. We are seeing the Aussie hard rock guys struggling a bit at the moment. Some of them have debt which is more than half their market cap, and given the current environment I’m certain raising funds to move into production would be extremely difficult to achieve. If we can get access to their processing facilities it removes the arduous exercise of trying to find someone to back Nova for Millions of dollars to build a processing facility, and the headaches which go with building plants in general.

Instead we can utilise and existing infrastructure and build a revenue stream much sooner. Even though there will be a delay in listing I think it’s worth it for the longer term vision of the company. This could be a very interesting and exciting time ahead for us holders. The long wait may finally be over. GLTAH we have waited that 12 months, fingers crossed it all aligns for us and we get that reward we are all looking for.

I’ve learnt a lot over the last few years with spec stocks. There’s management who say they’ll do it, then there’s the guys who will do it. Louie, Avi and the rest of them are certainly in it with us. Their own cash in this and they’re making things happen, glad to be along for the ride!
