Worth noting that the last line of that Section 3.7 from the 2022 Technical Report isn't correct, when read against the detail provided by the FZR board in the announcement at the top of this thread.
FZR holders have to just hope that Federation stuff it up somehow and in the furor following whenever they get the project financed they forget to exercise the option or something.
