You do realise they are fully funded for the next 12 months - so no CR required for a long, long time.

And during the next 12 months through to mid-next year, they have 3, maybe 4, Phase 2 trials finishing (first results due this Xmas). You know now that every single one of those is going to be a total failure?

I'm not sure what to make of your claim that there's too many shares, but I also have held BOT for the past few years (1.6b shares on issue) yet they're price has climbed from 4c to around 30c today (and soon to jump more with FDA Approval due in days and retail sales to follow). So I fail to see how that number of shares is a killer, and that's without even considering a buyback or other following further successful trial results or even a product.
