I think it indicates that the capex is to high and they can’t stand alone

SO4 has flipped flopped around jumping from one lake to another
They were suppose to have a demo plant up and running last year
Seams those plans have been abandoned
As has the chit chat on lakeway as there is no binding agreement with Blackham
APC tried going back to be a gold player with no success
A merger of the two is the most likely result IMO
