    Can't see why it's price sensitive to BLK myself. It's SO4's announcement. BLK has already negotiated gold rights over SO4's tenements.
    If SO4 goes ahead with their project [and it looks like they might as they have already negotiated a provisional offtake agreement with Mitsubishi] then the good thing that will happen for BLK is that they'll get their WIlliamson pit pumped out for free - ready for mining in 2019.
