Thx Camban. We are witnessing how the checks and balances over a $.5b WA startup business have failed SHs. Business risks are a given in any organisation. Nevertheless it is scandalous that nobody will be held responsible in SO4 for a significant failure to manage key risks in the operation. A lesson learned that SHs are on their own when it comes to ASIC and the ASX protecting SHs.
