In my view investment by bodies such as CEFC is actually an indication of a project with a little more risk than normal.
If there wasn't that risk , then private investment would be covering it.
Now that is not a criticism of CEFC , they are there to take such risks as their payoff may be intangibles like development in an area the government desires extra development.
Profit not the primary motivation.

For those who have decided to put non-holders in SO4 on ignore in the past , probably did themselves a disservice. Although it is past the time where it would make any difference .
Very annoying to see Middlemass and co come out of this scot free , but looking at the important documents ie the last capital raise , they left themselves enough wriggle room to be relatively safe from pursuit .
