As is customary , perhaps waiting for the normal processes of administration , liquidation etc ,to play out? Dont think much will come of such action , but been wrong before . As long as people dont get their hopes up , or put in too much extra money , seems a harmless exercise. Even if just to punish incompetence , and perhaps keep the names of those responsible in the news cycle for a bit longer. cheers
