Hi Puppyeh, the expected value figure with the conservative assumptions puts CMD’s theoretical MC 10x + above what it is now. It’s really good estimate of what may happen, AND its very conservative. Why and how can this current price be so inefficient and investors not price in the EV of the court case. My only theory is that something is wrong somewhere to be able to enter at these levels. Kelly criterion would say to “bet” as much as you can with the current price on offer.
