My valuation was based on the company assets worth zero (assuming no debt to be paid), but being a shell and already listed, it could be a cheap way to gain ASX listed status rather than go through the costs associated with an IPO.
But hey, I'm not in a position to buy them out, nor would I want to given the opportunity, Greenfield definately less complicated than inheriting this mess IMO.
