Project time-lines, all going well, should be spot-on in the lead-up to eventual production, as the REE market appears really sexy at present and things will only get better - 'green is clean' is the buzzword! and all countries need to improve on their emissions targets, if we are going to have any chance of slowing down the effects of climate change.
GML with it's Multi-element Kvanefjeld project, should be perfectly poised imo, to take full advantage of the booming Energy related, minerals market as it unfolds $$$!
