Generally I'll say an MOU is a desperate measure to please share holders before a slide. I agree on that.
in this case BRN shareholders always complained on lack of updates , so here is an update.
tgis MOU isn't saying we are selling, it's more we are buying, so i dont think the intention is to fluff share holders, rather only to update
