Agree with all points. One think I would to state is that in emerging markets (2/3rd tier countries) they skip technology, ie they are already using mobile wallets last 5-10 years and being so remote they would be selling a much higher % of sales on digital as opposed to the slower/incumbent markets such as Australia. One thing I noticed last year was on the NZ lotto site they do Digital Scratch cards, I wonder if this is in the mix to digitise in Australia?
