Posed that question at the AGM last year. They indicated that they had done due diligence on a few acquisition prospects, but nothing was considered as a good fit. Did not rule out an acquisition going forward, but hinted that it would need to add a new complimentary vertical to their existing business. So would not go the acquisition route for the sake of it.
I am anchoring my expectation on a steep earnings rise next 3 years, supported by the fact only 216 m shares issued. If they gush cash in the process, that is a nice problem to have. Who knows, maybe RPM Global will become a dividend play in time.
