A question for the geo's ... what are the arguments to proceed to AC/RC drilling of this prospect based on soil anomalies as opposed to conducting a more powerful surface based survey such as MLEM? Given that 95%+ of mineralisation found at Mt Alexander has been found at shallow depths, then I would have thought a survey would be a good next step. Given that AC or RC drilling has been planned then the company also expects anything lurking under the cover to be shallow.
Is the company proceeding to AC/RC because the rig is available? Or is it a more natural (and/or cheaper) next step after soil testing is complete?
