I cannot see a CR. Considering the directors buying of late, and some at a premium to this closing price, I carnt see them raise at a discount. Clearly they will need one before a drilling campaign, so hopefully some cornerstone investor is doing there sums.
this will run on news of a drilling campaign which I bet is already in the wings.
