I just think the SP movement has been swift. Plus $4 mill @ 80c is a fair and reasonable raise. Not much dilution. Good amount of money.
Real chance some feet get cold and this drops 10%-15% .. Then the raise is lower if the latest news fails to trigger a new spike. Plus 3 quarters is not much, savvy investors know a CR is looming so they hold back.
Once the CR is out the way. The company is funded to drill hard and the shackles are removed. 1 step back, 2 steps forward.
I hope management can get a level head here.
