I think the pending news goes higher with the CR done.
Think about it, the raise is done, and the fundamentals have only gotten better = ATH SP ... You do not want improved fundamentals but a pending CR because every man and his dog knows as soon as the next batch of news is released if positive the company will raise. Thus reducing the positive news flow.
Get the CR done and let this thing fly!
