After going through and having a look at the terrain in and around Portland creek it is not that bad, the ground cover is only pine and bush it is not heavy rain forrest or tropical. Seems to have good access roads around the area and close to ports etc. Can't see it being difficult to get approvals with the government pro mining. The ground looks shaly and broken not rich farming soil.
