It has been a methodical approach and the soil sampling is paying dividends in combination with the high res drone and LIDAR survey. To my knowledge this announcement is hugely significant for MXR as previous to this we have not seen rock samples that have coarse grained Spod. In the north of Lefroy the rock samples have not shown Spod due to weathering, only the drilling revealed spod bearing pegmatites. Hence it is great to see this high grade lithium bearing pegmatites at the Bird Rock prospect (love the name by the way, a good omen!) with visible spodumene crystals. Only drilling can determine the true extent of this pegmatite/s at Bird Rock but the fact it is 140 m under shallow cover means that it may be quite extensive?

The soil sampling has produced some very encouraging results for Landor, Wilma, Twin fin and Bird Rock... bring on the drilling. The POW already submitted for Bird Rock means they are keen to get a drill into this area.

The upcoming drilling at the WD offset will be a company maker if we hit something significant here, not long to wait now.

Drilling at Larkinville and Hilditich will hopefully move us towards gold production at these prospects.

Should be a good 6 months for MXR!
