understand what your saying, the Bod didn't want a vote, Meu said a vote was needed,
I think the Bod and major Shareholders, (one in the same) had a controling voting power...i could be very wrong
I thought it was all very sus from the beginning,
Selling at a inferior price has corporate conduct issues, Bod director could have sue for acting improper etc.
I did actually remember seeing a clear indicationt that the ASX had made some sort of ruling.....but could have easily missed it.
i have been trying to read between the line of what was really happening in those back office meetings, opposed to announcement made. Agreement to sell/recommendation etc can always be changed, and in buyouts sales its very rare the first offer is the last.
I did not a huge % vote against the Bod at AGM, and it seems a vote to remove the board perhaps.

hope both Tyx and Meu make good on something for their shareholders (owners- they work for us).
