Yes it's a bit hard to see how this will pan out, my thought
is, IF the MCT claim for the $1.2 mil goes our way than MCT
could have the first call on NMEs (assets).
Taking into consideration that the IER puts a .003c value on
NME = to $850k, we could be in with a good chance of taking
over the whole show. but that would depend on the Administrator
and what other offers came in.
The fact that MCT holds 34% of NME and is owed $1.2m,
I would like to think we had the front running.
If by chance some other company outbid us, this may not be a
total loss, at least we may get a JV partner who pay their bills.
Or maybe have the money to put in a TO for MCT
