Cannot disagree the current situation is a mess - that said as an MCT shareholder I think there is more chance of ending up on the positive side of the mess than if I was a NEX shareholder.
The only saving grace is that there looks to be a promising project - I am more confident MCT will be successful in the next court action re the JV which will likely resolve the current situation.
