Gold - Sample results indicate major new gold discovery!
Just recently, the Australian Burey Gold (WKN A0LC1M / ASX BYR) had reported excellent results of recent drilling on their current project, which is very close to the giant gold mine Kibali. Now create by using sample results that indicate that here a new, major discovery could be found!
Burey has already explored Giro different target areas, of which one was able to report excellent drill results. All these objectives - Giro, Peteku, Adoku and Kebigada - lie within a structural corridor of 30 kilometers in length and Burey has had several additional gold anomalies (gold-in-soil anomaly) discovered beyond (!).
Among them are a particularly promising, coherent anomaly which extends over a length of 5 kilometers in the southern part of the license areas and is associated with the already discovered on the Adoku target gold mineralization. The now present samples provided inter alia:
- 3 meters with 8.06 grams of gold per tonne,
- 3 meters with 2.90 grams of gold per tonne and
- 2 meters at 9.67 grams per tonne gold (vertically removed)
and
- 4 meters at 2.60 grams per tonne gold,
- 4 meters at 9.43 grams per tonne gold and
- 4 meters, with 1.77 grams of gold per tonne (taken horizontally).
These are very interesting and promising results, especially since Burey also reports that similar lithologies can be seen over the entire 5 kilometers of the anomaly. Thus, the anomaly is another factor in considering that you made potentially another new discovery within the above already mentioned structural corridor. The results are so promising that Burey has already negotiated rates for additional drilling on this anomaly that should penetrate only in small depth.
Moreover Burey identified a soil anomaly with similar structural features and similar lithology in the South of Peteku destination where you will now make a more accurate sampling. With a first broad designed program had there identified gold values of up to 1.8 grams per tonne gold.
Overall Burey soil samples has taken along 20 kilometers of the trend and expects more to get the results in this quarter. In another meeting, the scope of the current project would therefore increase considerably ...
In addition, the diamond drill holes were completed on Kebigada, the Giro Vein, Peteku and Adoku and the holes now included on the Mangote target. Mangote is the ultimate goal, which is drilled in the current program. First samples are already submitted for analysis, so Burey expects before the end of the month with the first results.
It is becoming apparent that in the current project much more gold is yet to pick up, as has been demonstrated so far. And exactly on this enormous potential targets Burey as Chairman Klaus Eckhof said recently in an interview from. This means the company will in the future once as many targets as possible drill out before going to the creation of a resource.
