I say - not much if you hold for 12 minutes or 12 months or more you will make some dough.
If the Lynas SP is eg $2.50 on the 21st April do you still get them at $2.07??
YES!
If the Sp is $1.50 on the 21st April do you still pay $2.07??
NO -
you pay "the lower of the price paid by institutional investors under the Institutional Placement and a 2.5% discount to the volume-weighted average price of Lynas? shares on a date following the close of the SPP offer.
I believe this means that you pay whichever is the lowest price.
